Collections and Returns

Balloons by nature are fragile, and while we take every effort to ensure their quality, we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after the balloons have been collected. Once the balloons leave our care, their conditions are beyond our control, including factors such as environmental or weather conditions, extreme temperatures, transportation conditions, and handling by individuals.

Shipping

Currently, we do not offer shipping services for our products. However, you have the option to arrange your own courier or use Uber package delivery services at your own risk.

 

Delivery and Collection

We offer in-store collection and regional delivery within Cape Town City Centre. Delivery needs to be booked 2-3 business days in advance, and in-store collection requires 1-3 business days for processing. For same-day or urgent collection, arrangements can be made via our whatsapp, subject to availability.

Cancellation or Rescheduling 

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection time. Please send a written notice to our whatsapp or email for confirmation. Please note that once personalised or made-to-order items have been made, we will not be able to cancel, reschedule, or refund the order.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Please note that personalised items, made-to-order items, and helium inflated balloons are not eligible for return unless they are defective.​

 

Return Process

To initiate a return request, please contact our customer support. Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images if necessary. If your return is eligible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please be aware that the refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours and retain the items for inspection purposes. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
